Jessica Rosenfeld and Jeffrey Brown, both of St. Louis, announce the birth of their daughter, Samantha Rosalind Brown, on July 25, 2011, in St. Louis.

Her maternal grandparents are Marc and Sharon Rosenfeld, Pleasant Hill, Mo.; and her paternal grandparents are Robert and Sharon Brown, Lawrence.
