A Kansas University doctoral student is set to appear Thursday on the trivia game show “Jeopardy!”

Donald Schepker, a doctoral student in the School of Business, first applied to be a contestant in January 2009.

The episode was filmed on July 27, and Schepker cannot comment on the results of the show until it airs.

“Jeopardy!” airs at 5 p.m. on Channel 12 KTKA on Sunflower Broadband, and at 4:30 p.m. on Channel 14 KSHB.
