To the editor:

I am writing this letter to alert voters that whichever way they plan to vote on the library funding question, it may be hard to find the place on the ballot to do it. On the back of the ballot, after some carefully clarified constitutional amendment questions, is a swath of unclarified capital letters that has the word “LIBRARY” in it once toward the end. The heading is “QUESTION SUBMITTED/ City of Lawrence/Question No. 1,” and it is the last thing on the ballot. Just so you know.
