LHS Soccer Fundraiser: The Applebee’s Flapjack Fundraiser breakfast to support the Lawrence High boys soccer team will be from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday at Applebee’s, 2520 Iowa Street. Tickets are $5. All proceeds are used by the team to help pay for uniforms and equipment. Tickets available at the door or in advance by contacting RunnerKaren@sunflower.com.

Jayhawk Golf Club Results: Mike Hertling shot 69 to win the net portion of the Jayhawk Golf Club’s white-tee day Saturday at Alvamar. Mike Beaton was second at 71 and Tom Taylor third, also with 71. Chris Anderson won scratch with 76 and was followed by Van Reichert (77) and Tom Zacharias (87).
