A 12-year-old Lawrence boy who was injured when he fell from the bed of his father’s moving pickup truck Saturday morning was listed in good condition Thursday at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Mo. Douglas County prosecutors are still investigating before filing official charges in the case. Police initially arrested the boy’s father on a driving under the influence charge.
