Trail Hawks Trail Runs

Lawrence’s original trail — and ultra-running — club, the Lawrence Trail Hawks, hosts two weekly beginner-friendly trail runs on the scenic trails along the Kansas River. The Beginners’ Trail Run, Mondays, and the women-only “Gal Gallop,” Thursdays, meet at 6:30 p.m. at the trailhead parking lot, just off 8th and Oak in North Lawrence.
