LMH educator to hold live chat on quitting smoking on WellCommons.com in anticipation of Great American Smokeout

The 35th Great American Smokeout is Nov. 18.

It’s a day when the American Cancer Society encourages smokers to make a plan to quit, or to plan in advance and quit smoking that day.

Aynsley Anderson, community education coordinator for Lawrence Memorial Hospital, teaches smoking cessation classes, and she is ready to help smokers kick the habit. She will take questions about smoking cessation during a live chat at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 18 on WellCommons.com.

And, you can submit your questions at anytime at WellCommons.com/chats. Make sure to log back to WellCommons.com either during or after the chat to see if your questions were answered.
