Free State High will face top-seeded Olathe East in the first round of the Class 6A state football playoffs. FSHS (5-4) and O-East (8-1) will kick off at 7 p.m. Friday at the College Boulevard Activities Center.

In Class 4A games Tuesday, Perry-Lecompton (6-3) will travel to Kansas City Piper (5-4); Eudora (6-3) will travel to De Soto (5-4) and Baldwin (8-1) will play host to Blue Valley Southwest (3-6). In 3A Tuesday, Wellsville (8-0) will host Frontenac (2-7). In 2A Friday, Oskaloosa (7-2) will travel to St. Marys Colgan (9-0).
