The Lawrence High softball team, previously unclear whether it would play its first-round regional tournament game on Wednesday or Thursday, will play on Thursday at 4:15 p.m. at Topeka Washburn Rural.

The fifth-seeded Lions (8-12) will play No. 4 seed Topeka High (9-11).
