Monarch Watch event on Saturday includes tours, sale of butterfly-friendly plants
Kansas University’s Monarch Watch program is hosting an open house and plant fundraiser on Saturday.
Set from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Foley Hall on KU’s West Campus, the event will feature nearly 4,000 butterfly plants and seedlings of several milkweed species.
Show and tell, videos and games for children, tours of garden and lab space, and videoconferencing demonstrations will also be available.
