Lawrence police are investigating auto burglaries that occurred earlier this week in North Lawrence.

According to police reports, three incidents were reported from overnight Wednesday. A Lawrence woman reported someone took a purse with a wallet, valued at $30, from a vehicle in the 700 block of Lake Street.

An attempted auto burglary was also reported in the 300 block of Pleasant Street, but nothing was reported missing. A Lawrence man also reported $510 in tools taken from vehicle in the 600 block of Locust Street.
