Power restored to Westar Energy customers
Power has been restored to Douglas County customers who were without it for several hours early Saturday.
More than 1,600 Westar Energy customers in Douglas County were without power about 12:30 a.m. Saturday after reports of a blown transformer.
According to the Westar Energy website, the outages were concentrated south of 23rd and Iowa Streets.
