Downtown Tonganoxie will be the site for more than 120 vendors Saturday as part of Tonganoxie Days.

Events for the annual festival — Saturday will be the 25th installment — start at 7:30 a.m. with the Friends of the Library 10K and 5K runs and 5K walk.

Vendors will line Fourth Street from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the downtown district, where musical entertainment also will be offered throughout the day.

Other events planned for Saturday:

• Quilt show at Tonganoxie Community Historic Site, where tours also will be given.

• Kansas Miniature Horse Club Fun Show is 9 a.m.-4 p.m., and judging for the Leavenworth County State Barbecue Championships at noon at the Leavenworth County Fairgrounds.

• Flag Day salute at noon at VFW Park, also the venue for a car and truck show from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• Sacred Heart Catholic Church will have a bingo night starting at 5:45 p.m.
