Kansas junior Nate Barbee won his first individual title at the Kansas Men’s Invitational. Barbee carded a 4-under 68 on Tuesday at Alvamar.

Kansas University senior golfer Nate Barbee was recently named a Cleveland Golf/Srixon All-American Scholar for his work both in the classroom and on the golf course.

This past season, in his junior campaign, Barbee amassed eight top-10 finishes, including a victory at the Kansas Invitational. He had a scoring average of 72.39.

Barbee, a business major, was named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.
