Lawrence resident Sheila Ward was recently honored as one of PepsiCo’s top sales performers and was inducted into the PepsiCo President’s Ring of Honor.

Ward, who has been with Pepsi Beverages Co. for 15 years, is among less than 0.25 percent of PepsiCo’s global sales force who wins this annual honor. Indra Nooyi, PepsiCo’s chairwoman and CEO, hosted the 12th annual President’s Ring of Honor ceremony June 10 at PepsiCo headquarters in Purchase, N.Y.

“Sheila provides world-class Pepsi service to her customers and is a shining example for our entire team,” said Ward’s manager, Jeff Stauffer, director of food service recreation and retail of the Midwest business unit for Pepsi Beverages Co.

Pepsi Beverages Co. is PepsiCo’s beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States, Canada and Mexico and handles about 75 percent of PepsiCo’s North American beverage volume.
