Kansas City, Kan. ? Fire officials say a Kansas City, Kan., man has died in a house fire.

It was reported that family members identified the victim as 81-year-old Ronando Lecia.

Kansas City, Kan., Assistant Fire Chief Craig Duke said crews quickly found the victim after the fire was reported around noon Saturday.

Duke said it took about 20 minutes to control the fire, which caused an estimated $45,000 in damage to the structure and contents. The cause is under investigation.
