McPherson ? Haskell Indian Nations University missed a chance to gain its 20th victory Tuesday night when the Fightin’ Indians fell to Central Christian, 75-65.

Justina George and Christina Belone led Haskell with 17 points apiece.

“They played zone, and we just didn’t shoot very well,” Haskell coach Phil Homeratha said. “We didn’t shoot enough.”

The Indians shot 40 percent from two-point range and 26 percent from beyond the three-point line, and were outrebounded, 40-28.

HINU fell to 19-7.

Haskell will play College of St. Mary on Friday in Omaha, Neb.
