The Jayhawk Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management has gathered hundreds of items of used men and women’s career clothing that will be free to the public today.

The public is invited to shop 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Edgewood Community Center, 1600 Haskell Ave., Units 149 and 150.

The clothes are intended to help people who need business attire for job interviews or their current job.

For about a month, the local chapter has gathered work clothes from its 90 members. Any items not taken on Tuesday will be donated to Penn House.
