Several universities in Kansas have earned mentions in The Princeton Review’s latest college rankings.

Kansas University and Kansas State University both made the list of the educational organization’s “Best 373 Colleges,” which were not individually ranked. The organization used student surveys and institutional data on a wide variety of areas to come up with the list.

The Princeton Review also individually ranked some schools using student surveys covering 62 different areas.

KU placed fifth overall in the organization’s “Jock Schools” list and sixth on its “Students Pack the Stadiums” list. Kansas State placed 16th on the “Town-Gown Relations Are Great” list.

Baker University, Pittsburg State University and the University of St. Mary were also all listed among the organization’s unranked “Best Midwestern Colleges.”
