Dodge City ? The two Siberian tiger cubs that recently were brought to a zoo in Dodge City have been given names.

And the winning names chosen after a public contest are — Shakira and Jasmine.

The Dodge City Daily Globe reports that the Wright Park Zoo introduced the cubs at a “baby shower” on July 17, and asked residents to suggest names.

Zookeeper Tony Hornberger says the exotic names are appropriate for the Siberian cubs, and the two chosen names fit the animals’ personalities.
