The Jayhawk Area Agency on Aging is hosting its annual “There’s No Place Like Home” fundraiser from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. May 15 at Topeka’s Great Overland Station, 701 N. Kansas Ave.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the agency’s Guardian Angel Fund, which helps area low-income seniors with prescription medication costs, home repairs and medical supplies.

The Kings of Swing band will perform at the event and food will be provided by Aboud’s. Cost to attend is $15, and tickets can be purchased at the agency office, 2910 Topeka Blvd., or by calling 785-235-1367.
