League of Women Voters to hold forum on campaign finance reform
The Lawrence League of Women Voters will be host to a public forum Saturday morning on “Campaign Finance Reform — Issue Ads and Robo Calls.”
The event, which will be at the Dole Institute of Politics, gets under way with registration at 9:30 a.m. At 10 a.m., these speakers are scheduled: state Reps. Pat Colloton, R-Leawood, and Paul Davis, D-Lawrence; and Carol Williams, executive director of the Kansas Governmental Ethics Commission.
