More coats needed for Share the Warmth

If you have any unwanted coats or winter wear, Scotch Fabric Care will gladly take them off your hands and give them to someone needy.

Scotch’s Share the Warmth program wraps up Nov. 25.

Laurie Clark, the general manager of Scotch’s Lawrence division, said they’ve already collected more than 2,000 coats, which will be distributed by The Salvation Army. Last year, more than 3,000 coats were donated.

Clark added that more children’s coats and larger adult coats are still needed. To drop off winter gear, stop by any Scotch location in Lawrence or Topeka.
