To the editor:
The Journal-World recently ran a story about how the folks at City Hall are planning the things they want to accomplish this year. A curbside recycling program and a new recreation center were mentioned, also a facelift for the library.
I kept looking for the part where the city bus system, the T, gets some much-needed attention. Voters approved a sales tax increase with the high hope that someday it would be revamped, as promised, to be more effective. I think the voters deserve some answers and some action on this.
