Basehor-Linwood boys 53, Girard 48
Salina — Chandler Schaake and Anthony Pierce had 13 points each, helping Basehor-Linwood hold off Girard.
Concordia girls 59, Topeka Hayden 52
Salina — Karly Buer had 19 points and Concordia completed an undefeated season.

Wichita Heights boys 73, Wichita Southeast 58
Emporia — Austin Bahner had 19 points, freshman Perry Ellis had 20 rebounds and Wichita Heights won its first state title in 32 years.
Washburn Rural girls 57, Olathe South 47
Emporia — Maggie Holmberg scored 16 points off the bench and Washburn Rural used a big first-quarter run to beat Olathe South.
Class 5A
Topeka Highland Park boys 54, Miege 52
Topeka — Michael Copeland grabbed a loose ball and hit a layup at the buzzer, giving Highland Park its third straight Class 5A title.
Miege girls 69, Great Bend 48
Topeka — Shandelyn Stewart had 26 points and Miege shot 57 percent to beat Great Bend in the Class 5A girls state championship, the Stags’ 16th state title.

Wichita Collegiate boys 55, Sabetha 52
Hutchinson — Andrew Hourani and Blake Jablonski scored 12 points each and Wichita Collegiate completed its first undefeated season.
SW Heights girls 65, Wichita Collegiate 59
Hutchinson — Vivian Olvera scored six of her career-high 28 points on free throws in the closing minutes, helping Southwestern Heights rally for the victory.
Class 2A
St. Marys boys 56, Pittsburg Colgan 55
Manhattan — Derek Flerlage scored on a buzzer-beating putback and the St. Marys boys completed a sweep of the Class 2A state championships.
St. Marys girls 60, Ellis 46
Manhattan — Kristal Channel scored 15 of her 17 points in the second half to help St. Marys pull away.

Hanover boys 53, Quinter 47
Hays — Alex Bruna scored 10 of his 13 points in the fourth quarter and Hanover completed an undefeated season.
