School district to offer developmental screenings for preschoolers
Lawrence Early Childhood Special Services is providing free developmental screenings for children between the ages of 3 and 5.
The tests will focus on walking, talking, hearing, seeing, thinking and playing skills.
Screenings are by appointment only and are being offered on March 10 and 24, April 14 and 28 and May 12. Testing will be at East Heights Early Childhood Family Center, 1430 Haskell Ave.
