Topeka ? Jill Docking has been elected chair of the Kansas Board of Regents.

Docking is vice president of investments with A.G. Edwards & Sons Inc. in Wichita.

Gary Sherrer of Overland Park, a former lieutenant governor, was elected vice chair.

Docking will replace Donna Shank of Liberal, who remains on the board.
