Driver injured in semi rollover
Emergency response crews move an injured person into a helicopter ambulance around 10:15 p.m. Friday at the Lecompton interchange of the Kansas Turnpike. The driver of a semi-trailer truck was injured when the rig overturned in the westbound lane of I-70 near the interchange.
A semi overturned in the westbound lane of I-70 near the Lecompton interchange just before 9:30 Friday night, according to the Kansas Turnpike Authority. The driver was life-flighted by a helicopter ambulance to an area hospital.
