The Kansas Turnpike Authority reported Thursday an injury accident near Lawrence.

A 34-year-old Topeka woman was injured when her 1997 Landrover hit a barrier wall after she swerved to miss an animal in the roadway.

Crews responded to the accident at 12:25 a.m. Thursday at milepost 201.
