St Joseph, Mo. ? Another piece of funding has fallen into place for bringing the Kansas City Chiefs’ training camp back to northwest Missouri. The City Council in St. Joseph voted Monday night to contribute $2.25 million toward a new indoor training facility at Missouri Western State University.
