Nominations sought for peace award
Nominations for the 2009 Tom and Anne Moore Peace & Justice Award will be accepted through March 15.
The award, offered by the Lawrence Coalition for Peace & Justice, recognizes community members for their efforts to promote peace and justice on a local, national or international level. All Douglas County residents are eligible for nomination.
