Surprise gift
To the editor:
I left Lawrence just in time before the snowstorm hit. I went to Oklahoma to visit relatives for Christmas, but ended up being stranded in a hotel in Tulsa because of the blizzard that hit there. After three days of being in the hotel I was finally able to travel.
When I returned home to Lawrence I found that my driveway had already been shoveled. I would like to thank the person who did this. I have heard they did several driveways on Stone Meadows Drive. That was a nice Christmas gift! Thank you.
