Carol D. Rau, professional in human resources, was a speaker at the 2008 Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) National Educational Conference as part of the Golf Industry Show Feb. 2-7 in New Orleans.

Rau presented two seminars, “Taking Control of Your Career — Make it Magic” and “More than Just a Resume,” and provided individual career coaching to GCSAA members at the conference and trade show.

She is the owner of Career Advantage LLC, a human resources consulting firm based in Lawrence.
