Olathe ? Free State High’s volleyball team went 1-2 at a quadrangular on Thursday at Olathe South.

The Firebirds lost to Blue Valley West, 23-25, 18-25, and Olathe South, 25-18, 24-26, 19-25, before stopping SM West, 25-18, 25-17.

Chantay Caron had 22 kills and eight blocks and Taylor Manning 26 kills and nine blocks.

Free State (11-4) will travel to Topeka Seaman on Saturday.
