Another Kansas University professor received a William T. Kemper fellowship Tuesday. Raj Bhala, a distinguished professor of law, received the 16th Kemper fellowship of the year.

Last week, two fellowships were presented at the Kansas University Medical Center campus in Kansas City, Kan., by Barbara Atkinson, executive vice chancellor of the KU School of Medicine. Wanda Bonnel, associate professor of nursing, and Won Choi, associate professor of preventive medicine, were both named fellows.

The annual awards are part of an effort to honor excellence in teaching. Each recipient gets $5,000.
