Stevens & Brand open new office in Topeka
Stevens & Brand, 900 Mass., Lawrence, recently opened an office at 515 S. Kansas Ave., Topeka.
Attorney Patricia E. Hamilton will work in the office. The firm has also hired Kana R. Lydick as an associate attorney.
Hamilton served as law clerk to John T. Flannagan, U.S. bankruptcy judge, for six years and has been in private practice in the Kansas City area and Topeka since 1987.
Hamilton is listed in Best Lawyers in America in bankruptcy and creditor and creditor-debtor rights.
Lydick received a law degree with dean’s honors from Washburn University School of Law in 2007. She is admitted to practice law in Kansas and Missouri.
Lydick will emphasize commercial and employment litigation and bankruptcy law.
