Stephens Realtor earns designation
Pat McCandless, a Realtor with Stephens Real Estate, has earned the Accredited Buyer Representation designation from the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council Inc., of the National Association of Realtors.
McCandless joins more than 32,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the designation.
To qualify, he completed a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty. He also submitted documentation verifying professional experience.
