The Lawrence Arts Center Arts Preschool is looking for a classroom assistant to interact with and assist children from 9:15 a.m. to 12:15 a.m. and from 12:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Immediate needs

¢ Lawrence Public Library needs volunteers ages 16 and older to help with the Youth Chautauqua Camp from June 18-22. Volunteers will assist campers with choosing, researching and creating a first-person presentation of a historical character.

¢ Centro Hispano Resource Center seeks volunteers to help with Sábados Culturales, a summer Latin American arts and culture program for youths in Lawrence.
