Jesse M. Unruh, California state legislator and director of his state’s campaign for Sen. Robert Kennedy, D-N.Y., said during a Kansas University talk that the Kennedy presidential campaign currently was “a little flat” in California He said that could be changed by more personal appearances by the senator.
