Law enforcement report

¢ A 13-year-old Tonganoxie boy was in fair condition at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Mo., Tuesday following an ATV accident. The accident occurred about 4 p.m. Monday at 227th and Garrett in Tonganoxie when an ATV driven by Rydge Sample, 13, collided with another ATV, according to a Leavenworth County Sheriff’s report. There were no other injuries in the accident.

Burglaries and thefts reported

¢ A 58-year-old Lawrence man reported the theft of about $4,700 in currency. The incident occurred between Oct. 8 and Monday in the 1800 block of Hampton Street, according to a police report.

¢ A 19-year-old Lawrence man reported the theft of about $1,030 in electronic and video game components from the 100 block of Indian Avenue. The incident occurred between 9 a.m. and 1:10 p.m. Monday.
