Psychologist to speak during Shontz series
Area mental-health professionals will gather today for a program at Bert Nash Community Mental Health Center, Lawrence.
About 150 professionals will be expected to attend the program, part of the ongoing Nancy Shontz Education Series. Featured speaker will be Jorge L. Pena, a clinical psychologist and certified Brief Strategic Family Therapy supervisor with the Family Therapy Institute in Miami.
Pena also will provide direct consultation on the therapy Friday for Bert Nash clinicians.
