Officials say his loss will be difficult to compensate for. : The entire absence of green bugs from the wheat fields of Kansas this year is something of a feather in the cap of the University of Kansas and Prof. Hunter who headed the anti-bug effort that was so effective after serious problems last year. : Figures show there are 19 inmates at the county poor farm and the cost of keeping them during the month was $81.09.”
