Lawrence city work crews on Monday will start repairing Bob Billings Parkway from Lawrence Avenue to Apple Lane.

The work will begin after the morning rush hour and cause the closing of westbound lanes to through traffic during the work day. Traffic will detour to Harvard Avenue or Sixth Street.

After hours, one lane of westbound traffic will be open.
