Christian Williams, Lawrence, has been promoted to associate editor for Gas Engine Magazine, a bimonthly national magazine published by Topeka-based Ogden Publications that focuses on antique, gasoline-powered stationary engines.

As associate editor, Williams also serves as Web editor for all of Ogden’s collectible-title Web sites: GasEngineMagazine.com, FarmCollector.com, SteamTraction.com and MotorcycleClassics.com. His duties include updating and maintaining editorial content, initiating new Web strategies, developing content and overseeing site redesigns. Williams also puts together newsletter material.

Williams previously served as assistant editor for Gas Engine Magazine. He graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran College with a bachelor’s degree in history.
