To the editor:
I am proud to be a Kansas Jayhawk fan. Coach Mangino, his staff and players gave us a season to remember. We will remember not just because the team went 12-1 against all expectations by the forecasters, but also because they showed the country what it means to play as a team and to exhibit great sportsmanship.
Congratulations to coach Mangino, his staff and players for a fabulous season and for the great job representing KU and Kansas. You make us proud to be your loyal fans.
