Rob Lang, an Executive Realtor for Realty Executives-Hedges Real Estate in Lawrence, joined hundreds of agents across the country as a contributing author to “Real Estate in 2008.”

The publication aims to help buyers, sellers and agents by providing hundreds of ideas from top agents. Chapters include suggestions on finding motivated buyers, convincing buyers to buy, and how to get sellers to price and market their homes.

Lang offers a number of tips in the book, including that buyers can find good opportunities this year because of low interest rates, a large inventory of homes and properties priced below appraised value.
