College Station, Texas ? Texas A&M rebounded from one of its worst performances with perhaps its best.

Dominique Kirk scored 16 points, including five three-pointers, and Texas A&M snapped out of its Big 12 nosedive with an easy 98-54 victory over Texas Tech on Wednesday night.

The Aggies had lost three straight and dropped out of the Top 25 rankings this week for the first time in 36 weeks.

The 44-point margin is A&M’s biggest win in Big 12 history and in its series against Tech.

Big 12 men

Baylor 68, Colorado 57

Boulder, Colo. – Kevin Rogers scored 24 points, Henry Dugat finished with 21, including a season-high five three-pointers, and Baylor won in Boulder for the first time in nearly 57 years.

The victory gives Baylor its first 19-win season since 2000-01.

Nebraska 63, Oklahoma 45

Lincoln, Neb. – Steve Harley scored 17 points, and Nebraska took advantage of poor first-half shooting by Oklahoma.

Nebraska led by 17 points at halftime and didn’t let Oklahoma get inside double figures in the second half.

Top 25 men

No. 2 Memphis 82, Tulsa 67

Memphis, Tenn. – Willie Kemp scored 14 points and keyed a first half Memphis rally, leading the Tigers in their first game since their only loss.

Kemp was 5-of-10 from the field, including 4-for-7 outside the three-point arc, as five Tigers scored in double figures. Doneal Mack and Shawn Taggart scored 12 points apiece, while Robert Dozier added 11.

No. 7 Duke 71, Georgia Tech 58

Durham, N.C. – Gerald Henderson and DeMarcus Nelson both scored 15 points, and Duke moved into a first-place tie in the Atlantic Coast Conference with North Carolina.

Kyle Singler added 13 points, and Greg Paulus had 11 to help the Blue Devils improve to 15-0 at Cameron Indoor Stadium this season and win their second straight since a two-game losing streak on the road.

No. 11 Georgetown 64, St. John’s 52

Washington – DaJuan Summers made five three-pointers and scored 21 points to lead Georgetown.

Georgetown moved a half-game ahead of Louisville for sole possession of first place in the Big East. The lead may be short-lived: Louisville plays third-place Notre Dame tonight.

No. 16 Purdue 65, Minnesota 53

West Lafayette, Ind. – E’Twaun Moore scored 22 points, and Purdue grabbed a tie for the Big Ten lead. Robbie Hummel had 12 points and eight rebounds, and Keaton Grant added 11 points for Purdue, which is tied with Wisconsin and Indiana for the conference lead.

No. 8 Baylor 76, Colorado 62

Waco, Texas – Angela Tisdale scored 30 points, including 17 on free throws for the Bears.

Rachel Allison had 13 and Kelli Griffin 11 points for Baylor.

No. 10 Oklahoma 65, Texas Tech 55

Lubbock, Texas – Courtney Paris and Danielle Robinson each scored 19 points to lead the Sooners.

Oklahoma went on a 14-4 run to take a 60-52 lead with four minutes remaining.

No. 20 Texas A&M 63, No. 17 Oklahoma St. 57

Stillwater, Okla. – Danielle Gant scored 14 of her 18 points in the second half to help the Aggies rally from a 13-point deficit and pull even with the Cowgirls in the Big 12 standings.

No. 21 Kansas St. 69, Nebraska 65

Manhattan – Shalee Lehning tied a career high with 12 assists and scored the go-ahead basket with 22 seconds left.
