Clare Robinson, Lawrence, was named to the Dean’s List for the 2007 fall semester at Trinity University, San Antonio, by earning a grade-point average of 3.65 or higher.

¢Brian C. Dobski, Lawrence, successfully completed degree requirements at Texas Christian University, Fort Worth. Dobski majored in Radio-TV-Film, and received a Bachelor of Science degree. The commencement exercises were Dec. 15 in the Daniel Meyer Coliseum on the TCU campus.

¢Darcie and Chad Osgood, Lee’s Summit, Mo., announce the birth of their son, Tyler Jay Osgood, born Jan. 27, in Kansas City, Mo. His maternal grandparents are Doug and Barb Rich, Lawrence. His paternal grandparents are Gene and Patty Williams, and Chuck and Connie Osgood, all of Enid, Okla. His great-grandparents are Merle and Audrey Nilhas, Fort Dodge.

¢Julie Sledgister, Lawrence, was honored for her video “Summer-Hand,” which was a selection for the American Institute of Graphic Arts’ fourth annual Kansas City Design Exhibition and Awards Reception on Jan. 26 at Club 1000. Her entry also won the Student Juror’s Choice. Her work will be featured in the online gallery at www.kansascity.aiga.org.

¢Benjamin and Tiffany Copeland, Oskaloosa, announce the birth of their daughter, Sophia Faye Copeland, born Jan. 25 in Lawrence. Her maternal grandparents are Rob Allen, Lawrence, and Eric and Stacy Hull, Oskaloosa. Her paternal grandparents are Emmet Jr. and Julie Copeland, Perry.
