Lawrence police on Wednesday were continuing to investigate a Tuesday night residential robbery in the 2100 block of Quail Creek Drive.

A man said the robber armed with a black pistol entered his home about 8:15 p.m., according to police. The robber took the victim’s wallet and other items and then left, police said. The victim was not injured.

The suspect was described as a thin, 6-foot black man wearing a black ski cap and mask.
