Beauty consultant attends seminar

Tzeidel Bryan, Lawrence, joined more than 35,000 worldwide Mary Kay independent business owners at the company’s annual seminar from July 17-Aug. 2 in Dallas. This year’s theme was “Celebrate the Dream.”

The conference aims to educate, motivate and recognize the accomplishments of its independent sales consultants. Other highlights included classes on team-building, developing leadership skills, time management, sales tips, and balancing career and family.

Attendees were encouraged to collect previous pink and platinum Mary Kay compacts for recycling. In return, the company will plant trees in the Bitterroot National Forest in Montana and Idaho through a partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation and under the direction of the U.S. Forest Service.

Bryan started her business in 1992. During the conference, she was recognized for the top sales of her unit.
